RUT & RUAVT Tools - Troubleshooting Guide

1. System Requirements Check

Supported:

• Windows 10 Home/Pro builds from 1903 and newer

• All stable Windows 11 builds including 25H2

NOT Supported:

• Windows Server

• Windows 11 Insider Preview (Dev) Builds

2. Essential Preparation

2.1 Remove Antivirus Software

• Uninstall ALL third-party antivirus:

  • AVG, Kaspersky, Avast

  • Malwarebytes, McAfee, Norton

  • And any others

• Restart PC after uninstalling

2.2 Disable Windows Defender

1. Open Windows Defender > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings

2. Disable ALL sliders manually

Alternative method using Defender Control:

1. Download Defender Control v2.1

2. Run Defender Control

3. Click "Disable Windows Defender"

2.3 Install Required Software

• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package Hybrid

• Required for tool to work properly

• Download: Visual C++ Package

2.4 Sync System Time

Method 1:

1. Control Panel > Clock and Region > Date and Time

2. Internet Time tab > Change settings

3. Click "Update now"

Method 2:

• Right-click time in system tray

• Select "Adjust date and time"

• Click "Sync now"

3. Common Fixes

3.1 Close Conflicting Software

Uninstall/Close these programs:

• ReShade

• Razer Game Booster / Razer Cortex

• IObit

• MSI Afterburner

• Wallpaper Engine or any live wallpaper

• Overwolf

• Corsair ICUE

• Rainmeter

3.2 Disable Anti-Cheat Services

Steps:

1. Press Win + R, type msconfig

2. Go to Services tab

3. Check "Hide all Microsoft services"

4. Find and uncheck these services:

   • EasyAntiCheat

   • Face-IT

   • ESEA

   • BattlEye

   • Uncheater

   • AMD Crash Defender Service

   • AMD External Events Utility

5. Click Apply and restart PC

Note: Also uninstall Riot Games' Vanguard if you play Valorant

3.3 Delete Intel Driver (iqvw64e.sys)

1. Navigate to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\iqvw64e.sys

2. Delete in Safe Mode, or cut and paste to desktop/another drive

3.4 Re-disable Windows Defender After Updates

Windows updates often re-enable Defender automatically.

Steps:

1. Open Defender Control, activate Windows Defender

2. Restart PC

3. Open Windows Defender > disable all sliders manually

4. Open Defender Control > disable Windows Defender

5. Restart PC

3.5 Disable Memory Integrity

Memory integrity can prevent the tool from loading.

Steps:

1. Open Windows Settings

2. Go to Privacy & security > Device security

3. Click "Core isolation details"

4. Toggle OFF "Memory integrity"

5. Restart PC

3.6 Turn Off Fast Startup

Steps:

1. Press Win + R, type control

2. Go to System and Security > Power Options

3. Click "Choose what the power buttons do"

4. Click "Change settings"

5. Uncheck "Turn on fast startup"

6. Save changes and restart

3.7 Disable Intel Services

Use Process Hacker to disable interfering Intel services.

Steps:

1. Download Process Hacker 2.39

2. Run > Services tab

3. Search for "intel"

4. Find these services:

   • MEIx64

   • IntelPMT

   • Intel(R) PROSet

   • jhi_service

   • LMS

   • Telemetry

5. Right-click each > Properties > Set start type to Disabled

6. Click OK and reboot

3.8 AMD Radeon Users (UAV/Unlocker not activating)

If after pressing F2, UAV or unlocker is not activated:

1. Open AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition

2. Go to Settings > Graphics

3. Set Standard profile or manually disable Radeon Anti-Lag

4. Error Code Solutions

ERROR 0 - Connection Error

Solution:

1. Redownload RUT V4 launcher

2. If persists, use free VPN

3. Connect to any European country (not your own)

4. Run tool with Master key

5. Wait for it to close

6. Disable VPN, run game

ERROR 3 - System is not supported

Solution:

1. Review "Essential Preparation" section

2. Ensure ALL antivirus is completely removed

3. Verify all anti-cheat services are disabled

4. Check Memory Integrity is disabled

5. Game-Specific Issues

5.1 Tool doesn't activate

• Ensure game is in windowed mode before pressing F2

• Press Alt + Enter to switch modes

• Wait in main lobby before activating

5.2 Game crashes on injection

• Close all unnecessary programs

• Update graphics drivers

• Verify game files through launcher

• Run both game and tool as Administrator

5.3 UAV doesn't work in match

• For BO6/BO7: Must activate in lobby first

• Press F5 during match to toggle

• For older games: Check correct activation key for that version

6. Prevention Tips

• Always use spoofer if using multiple accounts

• Keep Windows and drivers updated

• Don't run unnecessary background programs

• Regularly check Windows Defender hasn't re-enabled

• Sync time before each session
